30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return any eligible items for a refund.

25% Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged Items:

  • Damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution's processing time.
  • Refunds will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the instructions provided and place a new order for the desired item.
  • The customer will be issued a refund for the returned item once it is received and processed.

Final Sale Items:

  • Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly labeled as such on the product page.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL & CLOSE OUT sale, BOGO FREE items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 50% of the order value on your original payment method (minus the shipping cost). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
