  • Minimum Order Quantity: 15 Pieces (excluding final sale and sample sale items).

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers.
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement.

4. Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed through our wholesale portal once your account is approved.
  • Orders are subject to product availability.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed.

5. Shipping

  • We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on order size and destination.
  • International shipping is available; fees and delivery times vary by destination.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • All wholesale sales are final.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

  • Wholesale customers may use Robe Kimono’s images and product descriptions for promotional purposes.
  • Any modifications to product images or descriptions must be approved by Robe Kimono.

  • Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

  • Wholesale pricing and any related documents are confidential.
  • Sharing this information with third parties is prohibited.

  • Robe Kimono reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account at its discretion.
  • Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, failure to comply with payment terms, or misuse of intellectual property.

  • Robe Kimono reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
  • Wholesale customers will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Robe Kimono is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of any products.
