1. When can I expect my order?
We offer two shipping options:
- Free Economy Shipping: Orders shipped via Economy Shipping typically arrive within 10-15 business days.
- $20 Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $20. Orders shipped via Express Shipping typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
2. Is there any way to expedite my order and receive it quicker than 10-15 days?
In some cases, we may be able to expedite an order. Please reach out to us at info@robekimono.com with the garment you desire and the timeframe in which you need it. We'll assess if it's possible and provide you with any next steps.
3. Where do you ship from?
Items are shipped from our trusted manufacturer in Guangzhoushi, CN, adhering to strict quality control measures.
4. I only received a portion of my order. Where are the other items?
To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, some orders may be shipped in separate shipments. If you have only received a portion of your order, rest assured that the remaining items are on their way and should arrive soon. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

5. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your order.

Keep in mind that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. If you are unable to track your package after 48 hours, please send us an email, and we will contact the shipping company for further assistance.
6. What’s your return policy?

Return Options
You may choose one of the following:

Store Credit – No restocking fee. You will receive the full value of your returned item in store credit.

Refund to Original Payment Method – A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange – Free exchanges are available. If you wish to exchange an item for another style, color, or size, you will not be charged any fees. Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship your selected replacement.

Return Shipping & Handling

U.S. Customers: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. A handling fee will be deducted from your refund unless you choose store credit or exchange.

International Customers: You are responsible for securing your own return shipping label. No handling fee will be applied.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
✔ Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Damaged Items:
- If you purchased shipping insurance, you can file a claim using this link: Damaged Item Claim.
- If shipping insurance was not purchased, please email us at info@robekimono.com with pictures of the damaged item. We will review it on a case-by-case basis.
