  • $20 Express Shipping: For customers who require faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $20. Orders shipped via Express Shipping typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
What's your return policy?

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return any eligible items for a refund.

25% Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged Items:

I only received a portion of my order. Where are my other items?

To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, some orders may be shipped in separate shipments. If you have only received a portion of your order, rest assured that the remaining items are on their way and should arrive soon. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number via email. This way you can track your order.

Can I receive my order quicker than 10-15 days?
