30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return any eligible items for a refund.
25% Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

If shipping insurance was not purchased, please email us at info@robekimono.com with pictures of the damaged item. We will review it on a case-by-case basis.
