Terms and Conditions

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

  1. I have read the return & shipping policy pages.
  2. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 2-4 weeks (only counting business days) OR MORE to receive my order.
  3. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color, style, and quantity.
  4. I understand that changes cannot be made to my order after 24 hours of placing my order. 
  5. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
  6. I understand that cancelling my order after 48 hours of placing the order will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of my order value.
  7. I understand that my order cannot be cancelled once shipped
  8. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
  9. I understand if there's a return to sender due to wrong/invalid address I must pay a shipping fee in order to get it sent to the correct address.
  10. I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler.
  11. I understand that Robe Kimono is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from any and all third party delivery companies.
  12. I understand it is my responsibility to track my order and stay on top of expected delivery date to prevent lost or stolen package. I also understand I may need to provide any requested information to the delivery company. 
  13. I understand that if I choose not to add Shipping protection to my order, Robe Kimono is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  14. I understand if I received my items damaged or defected I have 30 days to report it in order to receive a discount or possible replacement. After day 30 Robe Kimono is not responsible for damaged items. 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer two shipping options:
    • Free Economy Shipping: This option is available at no additional cost to you. Orders shipped via Economy Shipping typically arrive within 10-15 business days.
    • $20 Express Shipping: For customers who require faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $20. Orders shipped via Express Shipping typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • The estimated delivery times provided are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs processing.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days after payment verification.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to track your package's delivery status.

Origin of Shipments:

  • Please note that items are shipped from our trusted manufacturer located in Guangzhoushi, CN.
  • Our manufacturer adheres to strict quality control measures to ensure that each item meets our standards of excellence before being shipped to our customers.

Shipping Updates:

  • Customers can track the status of their order using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  • For any inquiries or assistance regarding your shipment, please contact our customer service team at info@robekimono.com.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • Robe Kimono is not liable for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our shipping carriers will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address.
  • If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local distribution center for pickup or returned to us. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen during transit and you purchased shipping protection, you may file a claim through our claims portal using the following link: Lost or Stolen Package Claim. This will allow you to submit the necessary details regarding your shipment for review.

Please note that we are unable to file claims or provide replacements for lost or stolen packages if shipping protection was not purchased at checkout.

Return Policy

At Robe Kimono, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a flexible return policy designed to give you options while keeping things fair and efficient.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return any eligible items.


Return Options

You may choose one of the following:

  • Store CreditNo restocking fee. You will receive the full value of your returned item in store credit.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method – A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • ExchangeFree exchanges are available. If you wish to exchange an item for another style, color, or size, you will not be charged any fees. Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship your selected replacement.


Return Shipping & Handling

  • U.S. Customers: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. A handling fee will be deducted from your refund unless you choose store credit or exchange.

  • International Customers: You are responsible for securing your own return shipping label. No handling fee will be applied.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • If you purchased shipping insurance, file a claim here.

  • If you did not purchase insurance, please email us at info@robekimono.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll review and address it promptly on a case-by-case basis.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • FINAL & CLOSE OUT sale items

  • BOGO FREE promotional items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking and handling fees.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Refunds are only processed after your return is received and inspected.


How to Start a Return
